Gray Historical Society is a small, all-volunteer nonprofit organization. We rely on membership dues and individual/business donations to meet our goals & objectives manage our collections. All donations are deductible to the extent permitted by law. We are fortunate to have the historic building at 1 Main Street, Gray, to call home and are ever grateful for the support of the Town of Gray for the opportunity to house our Fire Museum, Research Library, and GHS collections under one roof.
The Gray Historical Society Fund at MCF

This fund is a component fund of the Maine Community Foundation from which GHS receives an annual distribution to support our operating budget. To donate to the fund, please make checks payable to “Gray Historical Society Fund –Maine Community Foundation” and mail them to the Maine Community Foundation, Gray Historical Society Fund, 245 Main Street, Ellsworth, ME 04605.
